IFEANYI C. IMUSEH - Managing Director/CEO
Ifeanyi C. Imuseh fully assumed the responsibilities of Managing Director/CEO of I. I. Oil & Gas Ltd in 2011 to enable him formulate the operating policies of the Company. He is an astute/seasoned professional in the shipping industry specializing in bunkering operations and ship management. He has attended various maritime courses both within and outside Nigeria.
Since assuming the position of Managing Director/CEO, he has injected more seasoned professionals into the management team in order to reposition the company to operate on an optimum larger scale to cope with the dynamics of the global market.
ANTHONY OKWECHIME - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, OPERATIONS

He started his professional career in Marshall Shipping Company, Sapele as Boarding and Crewing Officer from 1985 – 1989. He was later appointed as Executive Director (Operations) in Mawa Maritime (Nig) Ltd a subsidiary of Mawa Group in 1993. His job brief profile includes; managing, controlling a team of other units to achieve goals and objectives (quick vessel turnaround) chasing overdue accounts bank reconciliations at end of year – high level business relationship with top management of client companies. Consultancy services such as firming up charter party agreement for our clients.
During his tenure as the Executive Director (operations) in Mawa Maritime, his company provided services to Glencore UK, London, provide agency services at Warri and Port Harcourt Refineries jetties loading fuel oil. SNOACOP/CPI; representatives of Republic of Benin; handle their agency services/firming up charter party agreements for vessels loading from Nigerian waters. MESOPOTEMIA TRADING COMPANY, Dubai, handled Agency/Husbandry services for their vessels calling at Nigeria waters. SHELL NIGERIA OIL PRODUCT LTD (a division of SPDC); handled vessels discharging into barges and shore tanks at Warri and Port Harcourt.
Some other companies of note includes; PEDMACGREK OIL AND TRADING COY, MARC INTL LTD; TIPTREE (NIG) LTD; TONIQUE OIL etc. He also served as Agency/Logistics Coordinator with TIPTREE Intertrade (Nig) Ltd between2005-2006. He later joined Phoenix Ocean Line Ltd/Anchor Safe Nig. Ltd in 2007 as Operations/Crewing Coordinator. He was appointed Executive Director in I.I. Oil & Gas Ltd in 2011.
CAPT. K. BUNUZIGHE - Executive Director
Master Mariner
He commenced his career in Zapata Marine Service as Chief Officer/Master on supply vessel working in the oil field as anchor handling and rig move officer from 1980 – 1981. He later joined Cocco Holdings Nig Ltd from 1982 – 1986 as Chief Officer and Master on tanker vessels – bunkering and lifting operations for over 36 months. Thereafter, he moved to Orient Shipping Co. Nig Ltd in 1987 as Master in command on tanker vessels – bunkering and lifting operations till 1988. He also worked in AmynthasNig Limited as Master in command on tanker vessels – bunkering and lifting operations from 1988 – 1989. He later joined Ship & Shore Services Ltd in 1989 as Master in command of coastal tanker vessel involve in bunkering operations, STS operations, export, and local lifting operating within the Nigerian Ports for over 150 months.
After so many years on board the vessel, the management later recalled him to the office base on his experience to join the management team. Some of his professional qualifications are: Class 1 Master Mariner, ISPS Code, Company Security Officer, ISO 9000:2000 QMS Internal Auditor, STCW 95 Mandatory Course/Certificate, F.C.E. Element 7 Proof of pass, G.M.D.S.S., Lloyds Internal Audit Certificate (ISM), Master Home Trade and Mate Home Trade Certificate of Competency.
IWUOHA KINGSLEY - DIRECTOR, OIL TRADING AND STRATEGY

Mr. Kingsley qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2002 and possess over 18 years’ experience in both public and private sector of the economy.
Having risen to the post of Senior Executive Officer (Accounts) with West African Examination Council, he joined Ascon Oil Company Ltd in 2005 as a Senior Accounts Executive. He became Manager, Trading and Operations in Ascon Oil in 2007 and rose to the post of Senior Manager, Trading Operations and Strategy in 2009 till his disengagement from Ascon Oil in 2016. During his time in Ascon, he handled Bulk Oil Trading and importation of AGO, PMS, DPK and ATK. He also handled local purchases from NNPC Refineries, Depots and offshore locations.
Between year 2013 and 2016, Mr. Kingsley handled the importation of over 1.2Billion litres of PMS and 500Million litres of AGO into the country. He is versed in project financing, Trade finance arrangements, letters of credits, shipping operations and relations with regulatory and statutory agencies like DPR, NNPC, NIMASA, NPA etc.
Mr. Kingsley have attended the world-famous Oxford-Princeton Training on Oil Trading in Oxford, UK in 2008.Mr. Kingsley joined I. I. Oil & Gas Ltd in January, 2017.
GODWIN AKPOTU - MANAGER, OPERATIONS AND FINANCE
(BSC, MBA)
Mr. Godwin has a B.Sc Accounting from Ambrose Ali University, Ekpoma, Edo State. He has worked in various organisations such as Dangote Flour Mills and Ascon Oil. While in Ascon Oil, he was responsible for Coordination of trading operations as well as Management Accounts.
Mr. Godwin also holds an MBA from LAUTECH, Ogbomosho. He joined I. I. Oil & Gas Ltd in January, 2017.
